Shi Quan Wei Mei (食全味美) for Business Class
A 3-course Chinese set menu that features traditional and modern cooking methods, and fresh seasonal produce to present an authentic in-flight Chinese meal experience for Business Class customers. Apart from selected flights to and from Shanghai, it is also available on selected flights to and from Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
Shi Quan Shi Mei (食全时美) for First Class/Suites
A 9-course Chinese menu served in First Class and Suites. This menu is designed by our International Culinary Panel chef Zhu Jun, and emphasizes the use of seasonal and fresh produce matched with traditional and modern cooking methods. The meal is paired with specially selected seasonal teas. Apart from selected flights to and from Shanghai, this course menu is also available on selected flights to Bejing and Hong Kong.
